It all began with an idea, a love and a passion for the events industry. We’re Sophie and Paul, Founders of Florence Road Events. We believe in creating a timeless experience, gathering all the details to tend to all your needs.

Combining our backgrounds and love for food, music and events, we set up Florence Road Events to bring peoples visions to life; from private functions to parties, corporate events and weddings. We provide a variety of event solutions, from catering, entertainment and event production to table/room decor, lighting, staging and more.

One of our main focuses through-out the company is to be as sustainable and eco friendly as possible. We ensure that our partners are as local to the event or to us as possible, sourcing ingredients from the UK (or wherever we may be), including the equipment we have or the props we may use. We love finding unique venues, keeping things simple to help create your vision, whether that is an afternoon spread, a wedding, a birthday, the hire of a band for an evening or the entire music production, we are here to help. We specialise in vegan and vegetarian catering, designing menus to fit your needs whilst keeping our core values at the forefront.

We put a huge amount of time, effort and love into each event we do, no matter how big or small or how many elements are involved. We like to get to know you and you us, making the experience personal and unique.
