It all started with a shared idea — and a deep love for food and bringing people together. We're Sophie and Paul, founders of Florence Road Events. With roots in the events industry and a full-time chef at the helm, we combined our experience and passion to create something timeless: events where every detail is thoughtfully considered and every moment feels effortless.

Florence Road Events was born from the desire to bring visions to life — from private dinners and birthday celebrations to large-scale weddings, parties, and corporate events. We offer a full range of services, including catering, entertainment, event production, table styling and more. Whether you're looking for afternoon spread for a hen do or party, a full wedding set-up, or perhaps just some canapés for a special evening, we’re here to help make it happen.

Sustainability is one of our core values. We work with local partners and UK-based suppliers wherever possible, sourcing seasonal ingredients and using thoughtful touches — from props to tableware — with the environment in mind. We love discovering unique venues and believe in keeping things simple, beautiful, and meaningful.
